Starks Custom Machinery R case saver

Finally got the new case saver. Looks pretty nice. Not sure I like the brushed finish though. Think I should polish it?

I bought one of those too. I left mine brushed finished and it looks awesome mixed in with some polished stuff and the silver prm grab bar.

First time I ever did any aluminum polishing. Could probably stand to hit it with the 2000 grit a little longer.

D'oh!

Just went to put the thing on and realized a socket won't fit in the recessed holes to tighten it down. Did you switch to allen type bolts or something?

I used a mac 1/4" drive chrome socket , still a tight fit but it works.

Mine came highly polished (he must not offer them that way any more) and I dont recall any problems installing it.

I wouldn't call it a problem. My socket just don't fit. The case saver fits exactly the way it's supposed to. No complaints.
