what are u looking to rebuild? i've pulled my 200x motor like 10 times, and the same with a 110 but never a 2 stroke. i'm also in mass. if u have a manual i'd give it a go :) but i'm thinking trailprotrailpro better off with someone experienced!

I have a GREAT guy. was a Honda mechanic for 25 plus years. He did my Z bottom end, new bearings, rod kit (the hard stuff) and assembly for $200 including parts. Want his number?? PM me

humm.. tony kellner from kellner motorsports, who is a great 2 and 4 stroke guy for 30+ years charges $150 to assemble a complete 250r motor from bare cases... he has done a few for me and numerous pro's.. sounds like $200 is alittle rich, dirt first racing charges $175 to assemble a complete 400ex motor, from bare cases.. so watch yr prices..

that was with a rod, kit @80 and all OEM Yamaha shaft seals. Maybe we didnt buy the parts right, but the guy was 35 bucks an hour, and it took him under an hour to assemble my lower end. plus, he is right down the street, so I aint complainin!
