and yet another.........MY FREEKIN sweet ROKON., i had that thing almost leval with my waste in snow one day, it has an air cleander that is water proof and dose not suck in water, extreme amount of torque, if you put the front tire against a tree it will literally crawl right up it untill it falls backward, also it spins with both the front and the rear wheels.

Dammit!

I've never understood the auto x thing. Do people do that just because they happen to have an engine or is that actually a preference? To me the manual transmission is the main thing that makes a 200x a 200x so I've been wondering about this ever since I found this forum and saw how many people do it.

yes people call 200x's with a standard automatic clutch engine in a 200x chassis a autoX, cuz its got an automatic clutch, but with a regual 200x chassis., and we still are getting snow now and then.

I swapped out the X motor in ours for the little people, When they all get older I might swap a x motor back in.

I know what they are. I was asking why do the conversion? Don't like clutches?

Just curious.

Heres the aussie perspective on "autox". Americans like autos. Every damn car is auto so nobody gets the chance to get aquainted well with a clutch. I see the movies, everyone is in an auto unless its a fast sports car and then they are driving a "stick shift". I think the manual gbox's are better. Sometimes on the sand the auto is better but on harder stuff, manual all the way.

By the way, i was 10 when i was taught how to operate a clutch.

I as well! Even though I had driven the tractors and learned the clutch on them initially, my Dad insisted my first truck was to be a standard, after comparing standard to automatic-I'm a standard man all the way!

Awesome pics as well!
