Are the YZ clutch assemblies the same in all years?

that I can not confirm, I was told they are, but I have not tried it myself. I have used what I was told was a Banshees et up and it worked fine. Give me a minute and I will check on something for you.

I just spoke to my buddy at Yamaha and he said YZ clutches should fit through 94.

Are you sure? I was in a pinch one day and my Banshee buddy loaned me soem stock clutch plates and discs he took off of his Banshee when he upgraded them. They worked great. Unless he got them confused when he shelved them. :wondering

Dittos on both counts. Banshee dont work, use OEM Yamaha friction plates. Theyre not expensive. Also replace the springs when you do it.
