Roasted rancher !! woot !

Man.. i'm so happy, i had to post about it !

went out for a snow ride earlier with the neighbor, he owns a 2000 Rancher 350, always bragging about how he can keep up with the big guys.... his friends having kawi 650's... etc....

Well. from a rolling start ( 1st gear ) i smowked'em all the way up to 5th before i had to let up and make the turn, he was a good 4 bike lenghs behind. Man i love my SX.. :cool:

Awesome, not many people race utes, I can say that my 82 has no problem keeping up with an 04 traxter max though!

Man the snow was deep .. trying to follow the train tracks, was ok for a bit, but eventually slowed down to a slow walking speed in 3rd gear !...LOL..

Had to turn around, another trike shining moment.. i just backed it up as far as i could, god bless reverse, got off and pickeup the rear-end and spun it around.. and off i went....

while he backed, forwarded, back, forward..... LOL...

Did i mention i love my SX ?? ;)

Last night. it was really warm during the day ( + 6 c ) and the snow got really soft, you would sink t'il you hit gravel then jump a few inches, spin, jump.. fun, but hella slow.

I bet the 185 would do good once it freezes up a bit, ruts would suck, my front wheel would follow one of the tracks from the quad and had me going sideways.. alot of fun ! We turned around a few hundred feet away from toys !

ohhh so it was a 20 minute ride lol i had many of those get out realize theres to much snow...lol well if the 185 doesn't sell i'm gonna invest a few bucks into her and run it this summer..

We have a Rancher 2wd and an 85 SX and the SX is without a doubt faster. Both need a 6th gear though.

I raced a buddy of mine who has a 04 Foreman 450 4x4.....smoked him...but let me tell you how!!!

I let him get the jump....flew by him on 2 wheels in 3rd gear...hit the mud hole ahead of him, skipped right threw it....made the turn and got back to the mud hole as he was coming out....Put my front tire down in one of his ruts and walked on through....beat him by at least 200 yards on a 1/2 mile loop.....IT WAS GREAT.....

by the way, 6th gear would be great!!!!
