I have a 200x that will not fire. I have hooked up a voltmeter to the stator, it jumps up there when kick started. I get voltage past the stator, cdi, but stops at the coils spark plug wire. Do coils go bad, or is it just the spark plug cable. When I pulled the sparkplug cable from the coil it was hollow. Could I use any spark plug cable by just cutting one end off? Also this trike ran like new. Then I took the tank,and all plastics off to power wash it off. Could this have hurt it? I put all new on, now it wont start. It is getting gas. Any help is greatly appreciated.
