Looks sorta like a clutched manco. NO its not a Polaris... Cenex/Kawasaki? $100 at a boneyard! Somebody should buy this!

lol ok so maybe it is. Site its for sale on said it was a "Cenex/Kawasaki" got me excited. I haven't seen many mancos...

That pic has been around for a "long" time. I think someone bought it a couple of years ago.
