Cagiva 200...seen one lately?

Does any have or know anyone that has a Cagiva 200? I see many topics concerning the rare Tigers, but not much about the Cagiva. I know someone has to have one somewhere.

I'm trying to trace down the one that I effed up and sold back about '96. :oops:
I didn't keep up with the bill of sale copy with the man's name on it. Back then I wasn't into projects...only running 'wheelers. It only needed the top end rebuilt.(We need a smiley for"kicking myself")

Cagivas are even more rare than TIgers will ever be. Whens the last time you saw someone looking for parts for one? or one on ebay? Never from here.

I only wish I gotten to ride it. It was all there, too...we, all except the piston/rings anyway. I had watched it raced at a local track in the mid '80's. It held it's own against the sleeved down Tecates and R's, too.
I was lucky. Just not smart for letting it go. I know it's around here somewhere, I'm just having trouble locating the man that introduced me to the buyer. Maybe one day.... :-D

The most aggravating part of my finding and then losing what I now know was a treasure, was the fact that I bought it for $25!!! :shock:
I'm too ashamed to admit what I sold it for. :oops: :oops: :(

I myself have ridden the cagiva wmx200, which was the platform for the conersion. Tricky dicks converted many machines from bikes to trikes, but the most notable was of course the 200 and the cr500 conversions.
