Thanks guys for taking the time out to help me with my problem,It worked and my 200 s has life once again.It was just adjusting the screw,Thanks alot,
Could one of you please tell me how to drain the oil,I wanna freshin it up

Glad I could help Digger9,

For the oil change there is a 24mm bolt under the pull starter, take that out and the spring and screen that are behind it to drain the oil. You will need about a quart of oil.
