Well the cylender whent looked grate. New sleeve decked with one more head stud. Piston is a newer forged style (NICE). Bolted up good. Copper gasket needed seeler on both sides(not to cool).Wish they had a newer slyle.Oh well its holding ,hard as hell to kick with new Delta Force reed box and spacer. This is where it starts to get fun.New 38MM Kein is sick! Trinity set him up with the Reed box , Spacer , intake , Carb , Cable , and twist . Looks good but carb does not fit in . Hits motor or bar for shock on frame. He got a left turn intake. It looks like stock straight angle will work just need a bigger hole. Back to Trinity for my bro. Cant wait to put on pipe. New chain sprockets , No more air box. Will keep you posted on Project Flying Hippie..

What year 'R' is this for? Do you have pics of the 300 head? Is it based upon the Hondaline 300R kit??? Keep us posted!

My bro just picked up the second intake. Sound like it will fit wont see til tonight. Piston is an L.A. Sleeve. just a hair bigger than old slyle had to puch out the new sleeve a hair. You can see its cose to stock thickness. The carb and intake setup in the pic. would fit perfect on my 86, Oh well .
