What to use in the front

And for the front, I didnt want to buy a $150 tire for it, but whats a good tire that will give me good turning in snow and mud.

O ya, my rim is a 25X12-9 this tire only comes in 25X13X9 would this be ok?

If these are for your Yamaha, being you are from Melita, MB where is your closest Princess Auto? They have 25x12-9 knobbys on sale until Jan. 23rd for $48.88 CDN. order number 8014557. You should also check out there other same size tires. They have a tractor tread type tire they put on sale also some time during the year and they are around the same sale price.

On a side note: I used to partake in festivities at Melita bar about 10 yrs. ago when working the oilfield in SE Sask. .
