Triz 350 ?

Hey guys new to the post but loyal fan of 3ww for 2 yrs. i got a question , has anyone in here ever heard of a TRI-Z 350? a few people told me (including my dad ) that back in the eighties they made a red and black 350 and was in canada but was a racer special i argued but so many have told me they have seen the brochure at the dealerships in the eighties my dad also owned a few tri-z 250 s

It never was in production as a 350 but I do have an article in an old Dirtwheels where they put one together but it was all aftermarket not Yamaha.

there was an 88 banshee converted into a trike in dirtwheels once. it was purple and yellow though. i believe they called it a tri-z 350

That had to be quite a let down, I mean, doing a conversion to a bike and winding up right back where you started. I hate it when that happens. :rolleyes:

haha...didnt realize i had typed it wrong. its fixed now. i meant trike. i type fast and dont think before i do it.

i figured theyd just sticka bashee engine in a tri z frame and call it that ?
