I use wheel spacers, but they don't look like those, its a whole solid 1.5 in spacer , not just individual spacers on each stud. I like my spacers, but have never really seen those ones. just my .02

They are junk if you do any type of jumping. They cant hold the stress that the solid block type ones can, and even they tend to chip when stressed.

What do you mean junk? Have you tried them? I have sold over 200 sets of that style spacer with no problems. If KFX700's doing enduro's can't hurt them, no trike ever made will.

Yea, like you've ever jumped a KFX700 6' of the ground!

How strong is the metal that those are made of? How much impact can they withstand before they break. The average trike and rider probably weighs 400lb, now add about twice that weight from an impact and figure in the surface area of the spacers. Not to mention the stress load they already have on them from tightening the wheels down. Almost forgot to figure in torque load from the drivetrain.

If people bend/break stock axles by riding hard, what makes you think those will hold up? If that was the case, why would anyone spend $300 on an extended axle.

Don't get me wrong, if you have a small, light weight bike and it is never off the ground, these probably work great. But, if your going to ride aggressively, why take a chance of loosing a wheel and getting seriously injured.

P.S. I ran some similar to that on the Z. They didn't last a day! And ruined a wheel in the process.

Keep your shirt on, Derrek!
Actually, a customer who owns the biggest Kawasaki dealership in Tasmania and runs a Quad racing team with numerous KFX700's and 400's sent me that excact photo a while ago but I didn't keep it. I will see if he still has it, otherwise I will get him to send another ASAP and post it. I don't know about other brands, but my spacers are chromolly and are 1 1/2" wide and like I said, no problems at all and I have sold them to racers and recreational riders using all kinds of quads and trikes. Do you think a business would risk their livelyhood purposely making and selling a product that would fail that easily? Sounds to me like you didn't tighten your wheel nuts properly.
