400ex parts on a 250r?

hi is it possible to fit a 400ex swingarm, carrier and axle on a 250r or not, i`ve seen some nice aftermarket goodies cheap for a 400ex, just wondering if i can work them onto my bike.

I have seen it done,but not sure how much work was needed to make it work.the carrier is the same so you could run the 250r axle or 400ex.I think the hard part would be the swing arm piviot and linkage for the shock.
