You probably got 4-110mm hubs off ebay. As long as they are not 350X or 85-86R, they should work. Your new rims will work if they are 4-110mm.

The ones on your 82R are 4-130mm and sound like the original 2 piece rims (hense the 8 bolts.) 4 of them hold the rim together... the other 4 hold the rim to the hub.

Put the new hubs/wheels on as a unit. Take off the old hubs/rims as a unit.

If you are talking about the cotterpin, it is essential. You have to remove it to take the axle nut off that holds the hub on. Make sure you reinstall one when you put the other hubs back on. Axle nuts frequently work loose, and without the cotterpin, its not a pleasant experience.

will there be someone to put it. when i match my hub up to my itp rim theres no hole or anything for the cotterpin? or will it or take place when i install the new wheels? like a whole in the axle for it??

You gotta tighten the axle nut as far in as you can then back it up only as little as you have to to line up the hole in the axle with the castleated nut !
