Anyone know where I can get the parts associated with the swingarm pivot area being rebuilt? I need the 52109-HA2-305 BUSH, PIVOT THRUST(4 needed), 52141-HA2-000 COLLAR(2 needed), SWINGARM, 91253-HA2-005 DUST SEAL(4 needed), and 52144-HA2-005 CAP, DUST SEAL(4 needed). I have priced them on service Hondas website and they are expensive. Does anyone know where to get an aftermarket kit for these items? Just checking before I dump alot of money into the OEM parts.

Thanks for any help guys! :TrikesOwn

Yeah CalATV is higher than service honda is. Does anyone make an aftermarket kit for this pivot rebuild?

Well that sucks! I have seen kits in the Dennis Kirk and Rocky Mountain ATV catalogs, but don't know if they still offer one for the 250R.

Rocky mountain has the 86-87 TRX 250r kit for $42.99. That should fit as all the parts numbers forthe OEM parts ar the same as the ATC parts. What do yall think?

Here you go, Rocky Mountain ATV offers a kit with everything for the 86-87 TRX 250R (I think they're the same as the ATC) for $41.99. It's part #281-09-1

It looks like there's 2 to choose from for only $1 difference. All Balls or Pivot Works.

Yeah, I am sure it is worth the saved money. Thanks for all the help. I had a really screwed up pivot area on my 86 and I needed those to get them in before we paint the sandblasted swingarm. This 86 was in terrible shape. Motor was even worse that the swingarm, LOL!
