85/86 ATC250R black gas tank

Hey...can someone give me any info on a black gas tank for a 85/86 atc250r , like if it is a oem parts from Honda or a aftermarket part and what company made them ,and how much they go for new and used. and your opinion and how much you would pay for the one in the attached picture , because I found one on a outside shelf at a local salvage yard but it looks to be in ok shape just needs to be cleaned up . just wanted to see if I got a fair deal on the price.

I think I saw they were $240 new from Honda. Still available new.

thats a good price in my book. Does it have any deep scratches? Looks like it has light scratches that would probably buff right out.
