While browsing another board I was told that you can use the V-force reed valve from a 97 WR250Z in the Tri-Z. Supposed to be a direct bolt-in.

That may or maynot be useful, but interesting either way.

I know 89 WR 250 workes done it.

82 yz 490 works too :and you keep your boost bottle.turns it into a 8 petal reed

82-85 it 200,250 also works can use stock boost bootle.

I know the 83-84 IT250 intake boots will interchange, I'd guess the reedcages will too?

Here's the question for you then, I'm switching to an 87 YZ engine in my bike, what interchanges with that? Because I don't have a reed cage at all and need one!
