Can you ride these to the store in the UK, Or is this guy on crack? In any case I'm not sure I would want to ride one in town anyway.

Its got a rear differential, thats why it can be legal.

In my state you don't have to have turn signals and you only need one mirror to ride a motorcycle on the street.

never mind there is one it just blends into the back ground. dont think i'd wana ride balloon tires on the street though

Yeah same here, you use your arms as signals.

Neither does our DOT want us to. To make a trike street-legal you'd also need a DOT approved tire for it.

there are 2 class's farm and full road ...the farm class yes you are right you need to own land but no mirrors etc.....full road is when you can use a atc/quad on the road same as a road bike...then that needs mirrors,indicators,horn,etc...and road tyres but holeshots are now rated for the road use here....

i take it you own a farm then? or is there a trick?
how about the swingarm scenario? do you need a different swingarm and rear axle?

yep i own a sort of farm not a farmer though.... a few of my buddy's have quads road legal the same and they don't own land... no one checks!!!! and as long as they don,t go into town there's never a problem from the police...
not sure what you mean by the swingarm scenario? every thing is stock i've done many miles on the road now without any problems

wow. by town you mean city? roads and villiages are fine?

i have heard that you need a diffrent swingarm. did you take your bike so your local license company could check it over to make sure its road worthy?

sorry for the questions but this is very intresting for me!

Thanks for the info. Too bad, police in the states are so strict about riding atv's on the roads. :( But it's ok, At least we can still ride atv's.(for now) Next we will try to outlaw having fun. Oh wait, isint this the last year of the two stroke. It's allready starting. LOL (but inside I'm dying)

I'm in IL and they don't care around here. If they stop you they just say ride more in the grass and not down the middle of the road. I town out here also has an ATV poker run and you can ride in town, the cops don't care as long as you don't speed or ride wheelies.
