Difference in performance.. (tri-moto pistons)

look .. is there gonna be a performance difference because of these "ports" ?? .. If so whats the difference gonan be?/ . low end? or..

How about a little more info on the pistons.

the piston on the right is a OEM yt175 piston ... the piston on the left, I believe is either a dt175 or a it175 piston .... maybe a mx175... one of the 175 dirtbikes anyway... its OEM stock.
