CA riders!!! Anyone ever do the Barstow Poker Run?

I know most California riders at this board are duners and mainly ride sand but the last weekend in April and October of each year they have a big Poker Run at the Slash X cafe 12 miles south of Barstow, Ca. There are usually a few ATC's representing. Not sure if any 3ww members are there but I was curious. I'm gonna run my 350X in the next one this April and was wondering if any body will be there?

I've been in So. Cal. all my life and I've never heard of it before, but it sounds like fun. Can you provide anymore info/details?

well i might be there whens the date? my dad told me we could do that just find out more. i would love to do that. ill have my 85R and 83R if i do go.

Here is the website. It hasn't been updated for event dates in 2005 but it says its always the last weekend in April and October. I emailed the organzation for new dates. The other website is some photos and info from the 2002 poker run. This event has been going on since 1983 and is allot of fun.
