I need a new seat cover for my 85" 350x and want it to look as original as possible. James lucky has both high flite and ceet covers listed for this bike. I'm looking for one with no visible seams and factory looking letters/numbers on it. Does anyone have either of these or a idea of who makes em? If i can't source a non seamed cover i want factory blue colored vinyl for it or i'll take it to a upolstery shop. Any ideas?

I need to replace mine too but I like the 350X on the sides, ebay has some but the seams make it ugly. What do the creet covers say on them, what do the hi-flite look like?

I had my original 250SX seat cover removed and replaced with a bahama blue cover by an upholstry shop. This was not a pre-made cover, they charged me for a yard of the material then fitted it to the seat. Cost about $50. No seams and looks good but for graphics I'd had to have them stitched in (too expensive) and I didnt figure they'd look too good once they started soaking up the mud.

www.hi-flite.com 350X decals on the sides look nearly identical to OEM, from the sketches they sent me. The quality of their seats is great AND they also sell replacement foam. I got a desert safety seat for my 82R.... very nice!

The following pics are of a HiFlite Desert seat cover and foam on a '85 350x, Travelcade on a atc 70, and a old Ceet cover for a 350x. I think the new Ceet covers don't say ATC on them.

The rest of the pics. The desert seat foam is very stiff. I don't know if its because its brand new, or because the temp is 5 below zero. When I bought the seat foam I thought it would be soft and cushy, but its hard.

Thankyou, thank you thank you! I think i'm calling ceet tomorrow and asking about the cover, but plain blue is better than stiching!

Hi-Flite also makes a 'regular' seat and cover. I've got a CEET cover and the Hi-Flite seat. I think the Hi-Flite is much better.

HRC, I hate to burst your bubble, but I have a CEET seatcover on my '86 250R, and the back panel of the seatcover is stitched in. It doesn't look bad though. Unless CEET has changed the way they make seatcovers in the last 15 years, I would assume the 350X seatcover would be stitched also, since 350X & 250R seats are pretty similar. Good luck & let us know what you find out please.

Having the back stiched is fine with me as long as it doesent have the stiching on the sides. To me that is sacralige and out of place. But the seam on the back is barley noticable. I'll live with that. Thanks for the pic!

I should have paid attention more when I took the pics but I think the Ceet cover does have stitching by where your inner legs would rub the seat.

If you brighten up the contrast and lighness of your monitor you should be able to see the stitching in the ceet pic.
