choose the next size up from what you are at in the current cylinder... dont jump past some good sizes, to try to get more power... just get the next size piston and take it with the cylinder to get bored, as long the cylinder is in good shape you can just jump up to the next size..

The next size up is preferable unless you have to go to a larger size. Anytime you bore, just do it to a minimum unless power is the ONLY thing you want. :D
If you bore the largest first, then you may be at your limit, and when your cylinder is worn out, it is done.

The size of bore will depend on your wear that is on the cylinder now. If you have .12mm of wear, bore it .25mm over. If you have .31mm wear, then go .50mm over. Like the others said, don't go more than you need, but you may need to go more than .25mm over depending on the wear.
I will tell you now that you will not see an increase in horsepower from jumping to a .75mm instead of a .25mm bore.
A stock 110 is 105.1cc, a .25mm over would be 106.1cc, a .50mm over would be 107.2cc, a .75mm over would be 108.2cc, and a 1mm over would be 109.2cc. (These are 1983 specs, and will ot vary much for you.)
This should clearly tell you that there are not power gains by overboring this small amount. One thing you will see is a power gain from having a cleaned up engine with new rings and piston; less blowby and hopefully smoother running cleaner burning engine.
