I've been using "armor all car wash soap" to wash my trike but I want to try something else that might do better on getting some of the dirt and dirt stains off my plastics and metal parts. I also use a soft nylon scrub brush too. What do yall do/use when washing your trikes?? thanks

I use some kind of degreaser (forgot name) that i just spray on and then wash off it works great, but it burns your skin though.

I use Armor All Car Wash on all the plastics, vinyl, rubber.
And Simple Green on the engine, frame and rear end.

I use solder seal gunk engine brite to clean off excess grease, then a hose to initially clean the plastics, then a cloth with wd-40 to clean and shine them.

I once stopped on the trail to check my oil level, then forgot to put the cap back on. :o Of course, as I rode along, all my oil shot out all over my plastics. You wouldn't believe how nice and clean-looking a good oil coating will gets those plastics! Or, in your case, I guess you would believe it.

Water, all natural purified water. And if it comes out of a power washer its even better.

I have found that Castrol Super Clean from Wal-mart, works the best by far. Then I pressure wash it off, Then finish it off with Armor All.

If you use armour all or wd-40 won't tons of dust stick to it?

And while we're talking about fenders anyone know how to remove fine scratches? Some kind of buffer I guess?
