magnito question

I have a 85 kawaski 160 3 wheeler that has no spark...i have replaced the plug,coil,cdi... and no spark..

can anyone tell me what voltage i should be recieving from the magnito and how to check the pick? I have a manual but it only shows how
to check resistance at certain places... thanks for any help..
also can i just supply 12 volts from a battery to the cdi?

no spark = stator or magneto whatever you want to call it...

Get a new stator and youll be riding..

about the 12 volts to the cdi, im not 110% sure but in marine outboard application, the stator supply's AC voltage to the powerpacks/cdi and not dc voltage, so the answer would be no..
