You will probably be waiting from now on. I highly reccomend you begin trying to recover your money from him through whatever means you sent it

Notify Paypal you got scammed by him. Never recieved item. Will not respond to emails and so forth. Unfortunately the only way you will ever see your money is if his account is still good and has money in it. If not your screwed Unless he ever sells anything else. Then you will be on the list of people that need a refund. Hopefully you will be at the top and not the bottom of the list. Most likely. Your SOL. :cry:

You also may want to contact the credit car company you use for pay-pal. They should be involved as well.

Yes.... I always use my credit card through PayPal. You only get money back from PayPal's "Fraud Protection" if the person still has it on PayPal. I had someone stiff me for $70 worth of Yamaha parts and after PayPal and Ebay were about worthless, I filed a complaint through my credit card and they gav e me a credit for it while they investigated, and once done, I was able to keep the money. I NEVER use my bank account on PayPal!!

man he **EDITED** ,sorry for those of you that lost dough,2 days before the $h1t hit the fan we thought about posting our suspicons,but decided against it because i was not sure,now i wish i would of spoke up.what a **EDITED** you are atc-phil

I sent my thing to paypal and they are investigating. i also called my CC company. He'll get his in the end.
