My 200s needs some carb attention.
I think it's my float not floating up. What can I do? I know the carb kits don't have new floats. If my float is leaking, where can I get a replacement one at? If it's not hollow, then why is it hanging up? It has not been sitting up. I've been riding it. Maybe need & seat?

Could be the seat messed up. This is what i did to fix my 110.
Buy a carb kit. Take the carb apart completely and soak it overnight.
Put it back together with the new carb kit. Take the old needle and put a little valve lapping compound on it and grab the needle with pliers and lightly push against the seat and twist it to smooth the seat up some. Then spray that hole out with carb cleaner and finish assembling the carb. It worked for me.
You could put your float in some water or gas and see if it has a hole(if it floats or not). Getting a replacement, go to Honda or maybe like a junkyard or scrapyard that has ATV/ATC parts.

Is the seat replaceable or is it machined into the carburetor? If so, which part is it made into?

Sounds more like the float needle valve to me. Try giving the side of the carb a few taps with the end of a hammer "handle" This might dislodge the dirt. If not just take the carb bowl off and take the needle valve out and check the rubber end of it for true roundness, no grouves etc. It is just probibly a small bit of dirt from stopping the seat from sealing or the needle sticking in the grouve. Doesn`t take much.

sometimes the floats can get little pin holes in them....and that will weigh the float down...i would taje it out and see if it will float in a littl cup of gas.
