ohtsu tires

Has anyone ever gone the a honda dealer and ordered a new set of Ohtsu tires? If so how much did they cost?

I know u an get em on the net for a good price. Someone a while back was talkin about them in like deniss kirk or somwhere for like 30 something a tire?

Dennis Kirk doesnt have them and ive seen them on the internet. But i was just curious on how much they cost at a dealership.

I went to Honda West and paid about 150 dollars with tax for all three stock tires. It was for an R.

I got a set of stock Oshtu tires for my 350X.... ~$50 a tire at my dealer. Could probably do better from www.servicehonda.com. They nolonger make the 23½" front tire but a 24" one. However, it is basically the same height. So you can tell original fronts form NOS ones! The Showgirl has the 23½" tire on it, so most likely the original tire form '85

So the tires from honda dealers are just as much money as aftermarket raceing tires?

My local dealer wanted $58/each for the original Ohtsu 20x10x9 250R rears.
That's LIST price, too.
I actually expected more.
They had them in stock and on the shelf (dusty and cobwebbed but there :D ).
I'm thoroughly convinced if I offered $50/each, they would have taken it to clear stock. You can tell they had been sitting for a while.

hi servicehonda will not ship over seas...but i got a buddy to send them to me....these tires are $200 each!!!!!! in the UK so importing is still much cheaper than going to a honda dealer here......

sorry the shipping cost $100 and took 2 weeks on airmail.....
