Vin info?

Can't remember where I saw it, but someplace on the web there is a page with all the vin info. A full breakdown on how to read the vin, year, model, factory location, etc.............help? Please. Thanks.

No vin numbers on the earlier models, I think vins came out in 81 or thereabouts, check my model Ids page, should tell you what you want to know!!
