Just got another one of my ATC200's going today. I've got $40 in this one and it's pretty decent. The rear brakes even work! It has the original seat and it's in prefect condition but the cover is pretty hard, like it had been sitting outside for awhile. Is there anything I can put on it to soften back up before it cracks?

i would armour all the hell out of it and see if it absorbs any, or use some vinyl protectant of some sort, it might soften up a bit if it is really dry.

What is a stock seat cover made out of? Material? I'll just find a product that says it will soften it and try that out.

Try a heat gun (not alot of heat) just enough to warm it up, alot of companys use heat guns to aid in putting seat covers on atv's / car seats /etc..

Just throwing an idea out there.

Do Not Armur All It!!! you will slide right off the thign next ride! true, but if you let it soak and remove the excess ot woll only be slippery for a while, i have my 250r covered with vinyl protectant right now for the winter. but i'll wipe it off before i ride it again in the spring. it has worked fine for years and my seat is still soft
