200x frame with 350x suspension

I have a 85 350x wich is pretty much no good except the front suspension and the rear swing arm, shock and axel. what I was wondering was if the front triple tree and forks would fit a 85 200x without much work. also will the swingarm and shock fit the 200x without any modifacations? Last will the 200x's rear brake caliper fit on the 350x's swingarm? Is this a good thing to do to a 200x? I would like to make the 200's suspension much better

Adding 350X susp. to a 200X would be the ultimate Upgrade. GO for it. Im not -PERFECTLY- sure on the swingarm but I know the shock may need some SLIGHT grinding. The Triples will fit. If i were you id get the measurements ont he pivot bolt part of the swinger, post em here and ask for measurement on the 84/85 swinger. No The caliper wont go onto a 200X...but if youre using a whole 350X rear end.....ofcourse.

the 350x swing arm is too wide to fit a 200x. well the 83-85 200x, i don't know about the 86-86 200x. The front forks will fit. the only thing you have to do is cut off the steering stop and make a new one. or the forks will hit the gas tank when you turn sharp. the rear 350x shock fits but the swing arm needs some work. I put the 350x suspension on my 85 200x, the front end and the rear shock. I do not know anything about the 86-87 200x. what year are you talking about?

thanks for the info. it's the 85 thats in my signature. Is there anyway to put the 350's swinger into the 200's frame it would beef up the rear alot for jumping off of stuff, maby grinding the tube that holds the pivit bolt. So will a 200x rear brake fit on the 350's swinger, still confused :?:
any more info would be appriciated :-D

i don't think the 350x swing arm can be made to fit. I had the 350x swing arm to put on my 200x but it would not fit. If you have both bikes take a look. i have no problen cutting up and welding on my 200x to make it better. so i would have put the 350x swingarm on if i could. I think what i will do later is put the 2 swing arms together. I want to extend my swingarm so i think i will put the 350x axle on the 200x swingarm.
