just installed this pipe and 6 pack rack last night, i still need to rejet.

when i had my stock pipe on, it would pop alot on decceleration, i thought with a new pipe it would stop but it didnt, i tried both jets i bought 142 and 145 and it still pops alot. how do i get rid of it?

Usually they will tend to "pop" on decell with a aftermarket exaust. Factory was always fine for me.

Nice, I wish my exhaust had the baffles on it to quiet it down some.

mine would do it with the stock silencer to.

Every 350x I have owned has had a little pop to it on decelleration. I think its due to the compression, and gear ratio holding back. Btw, nice 350x :beer

how about your timing? is it spot on or could it be tweaked a little? is there any slack in your timing chain? I notice my 200x will pop and such if I advance or retard the timing.

mine pops with stock exhaust on decell. (completely stock except for the K&N filter)
im thinkin about getttin me a super trapp or a cobra.

the 6 pack rack is awesome, needed some longer bolts and some spacers to get it on but it was well worth the $25 that i paid for it.

Nice 350x. I really like that exaust. As for the popping every 3 or 4 wheler I have rode "pops". Especially my 85' trikes.
