Does anyone know a good place to get 85 250sx piston/rings at a good price? I have checked eBay and Partsfish.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

I just ordered the 10.5 to 1 oversize piston from powroll. on sale for 25.00, comes with rings, pin and clips.

If I calculated correctly, the powroll piston/ring kit is .080 over, based on the 2mm stated oversize. I didn't want to go from std to .080 over. If I am wrong with the calculation please correct me.
Thanks.

were you going to bore anyways? a bigger bore wont have much if any of a price difference

Yep, These pistons are made to Honda Specifications. You can use Pro-X or Honda rings on them. I have done it before. ;)

But what im sure he doesn't want to do is waste the cylinder. jump straight from std to .80 over is a waste in his situation. im sure thats what he is getting at.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I think that I will probably go with Pro-X piston/rings. I used these with my 200x and it seemed to work good. Just to clarify, although I appreciate the powroll suggestion Howard is correct, I just don't want to waste a really nice cylinder by going from std to .080.

Thanks all!
