i read in the dirt wheels article from the homepage that they had a carb burble when wheelying. is this true or was it just their machine?
i am picking mine up next week and can't wait. i wanted something fun for trail riding and playing in the snow. also i never want to be nickel and dimed to death so i figured i couldn't go wrong with a honda. any problem areas i should keep in mind when i get it?

By "burble" do you mean sputter or leak gas?

It wont "burble" until it is strait up with the front wheel perpendicular to the ground. Then it will lose oil pressure, shut off and leak gas. As for problem areas, uhhh there arent any I can think of and Ive beaten mine to the eternal pit of fire and back. My only complaint is the 20-25 miles to the tank it gets. I wish it would get more.

I know the early 85 SX's did not come with a system of carburetor vent tubes that the mid-year and later models did.... I dont know if this could be a fix or not. The vent tubes were included in the cold start kit.

by burble i meant a hiccup or stall in the fuel flow. mabye a bogging because of too much fuel sloshing inthere all at once? good to know i'm gonna have fun. now i just wish i had more local places to ride. i've got lots of farms in the area and i may start hitting up the farmers soon.
