Does the 86/87 front rim on the tecate have an offset? if so, what is it. The reason that I am asking is that I am considering putting one on my 84 (which has a big offset) if it will work for handeling purposes. Any reason besides fit, that this wouldnt be a good idea? thanks---Joe 8)

Another question...are the kenda max and the kenda viper decent tires for trail riding or should I be looking for something else?---Joe
I don' t think it does. the hot setup in the eighties was to put a 86/87 front rim on 84+85's, I'm getting a complete 86/87 front end to put on my 85, atc250r radiators and what ever else I need to make it look right. I also hear that a front rim off of a mojave will fit and handles better.
i'd like to see a pic of that guest.
