i was wondering if the kick start off any other ATC's will work

do you mean arm or the gears and stuff?

the arm and the pice that holds the arm on the shaft, the splines are stripped out on mine

I tore the piece on mine where it goes on the shaft. (The pin that holds the lever itself broke off that piece) I bought a '350X' one on ebay.... got it but the lever wasn't bent the same as my 350X one. (Too striahgt and to close to the motor) The spline piece (that was broken on mine) was the same, so Howdy swapped out the levers for me while I was in Ohio. (thanks again). Works fine. Not sure what model that was originally on, but some other ATC one will work to just replace the spline part. I think we came to the conclusion it was a 250SX or Big Red one. NOT 100% SURE!

Well I can say first hand that the different models are different in length. I have a spare BIg Red kickstarter that I thought might work out, but its 2 to 3 inches shorter in length. Trust me on the X you need those extra inches to get some leverage. Im having problems with mine. It vibrates open while riding. My old XR500Rs was about 3 inches longer than the 350X. So Bruce you Howdy took the spline part of the Big Red kicker and used the 350X arm to fix yours?
