I have a tape with some old episodes of Unsolved Mysteries and there is one episode that has 3 guys in Tenn. who went trail riding on 2 big reds and a 200x. Sadly enough, they were all shot and killed while riding by some man who was later caught and convicted of murdering them.

yeah they are riding them old 90s with the huge balloon tires in the snow.
also in one of the police academy movies a guy is riding a big red that is a police edition. it has white plastic, blue lights and police stickers.

I remeber the big red in one of the police accedemy's, does anyone remeber which movie it was I think there were three or 4 of them

Don't know if anyone remembers this show but....
On Worst-Case Scenario(tbs?) they had to ride some trikes for some contest.
That was about 5 years ago.

Yep I remember that episode of worst case scenario. They were riding atc110's and they were stacking it bigtime. It was so funny seeing people ride trikes that had no clue how to lean and steer.

There was a Chuck Norris/Louis Gossett jr. movie in 1986......something called "Firewalker"....there was a chase scene in the beginning where Norris and Gossett were being chased across a desert while driving a jeep, the bad guys had a dune buggy or two, and some 1985-1986 250R's that were getting some serious air....the movie was actually pretty funny, with Norris actually attempting some humor for a change....or, I could have been hallucinating, and just dreamed it up....

I have seen this episode several times myself. As the story goes. A large peace of ground that was the towns off road riding spot came under new ownership. Despite the new owner posting the ground and running people off, some just would not take the hint. New owner finely lost it and shot and killed several of the illegal atv riders that he caught riding his property late one night!

So just a little warning to those who ride illegally and trespass. Some private property owners can come more than a little unhinged over trespass issues. I have seen this in person more than a few time myself!

I am pretty sure trespassing is not a death penalty crime. but murder should always be one , thats the first time i heard this story pretty sad when it comes to that
