I finally got my shroud back from the fiberglass man. it was WAY more expensive then i thought it would be but i think it was worth it. its not like i can go to the local tiger dealer and buy a new one. any way here are some pics. he made these from a plaster mold and the mold broke on the 4th part  i was planning to maek more of them but it would cost another $500 to make the mold.
enjoy the pics

the original was fiberglass so i guess it has worked for 20 years or so. plastic would be better but WAY more expensive.

no, the new mold would be a plastic mold that would last forever, but i dont need any right now so i am not going to invest in it.

PLASTER?!?!Your glass guy should be able to make a negative glass mold, just like boat molds. Ask him about it. Shouldn't cost more that $50 TOPS.

materials cost more then that and he does not work for free. it is a business. he said he would have about 15 hours making a plastic mold and about $200 in the materials.

Man you were fed a line! My statement comes from practical experience. I suggest you source out an honest glassman....

OK, i'll be the first to say, COOL! and it looks Good!, spread that auction link to a few tiger collectors/owners and i'm sure you'll make your money off it. You still plan on making rear fenders?

Hey, you been holding out on me 200X Basket lol I didnt even know you had a radiator shroud. You should be able to sell a few of those to a couple of members on this board, I know I was asked several times if I had one myself. Great job 200X Basket, looks like I traded my Tigers to the right man. When you get one of the Tigers restored let me know and I will make a trip to Jackson to see it in person.
