I have 2 manuals for honda 200es,i checked the the timing the piston at TDC and the cam lined up,i put the CDI on it ,lines up i gaped it ,it don't start,it has good spark.I took the carb. off and spraded gas in the hole and it still did not start, the carb is off a running bike ,(i have 2 84 big reds)Don't know why it don't start,i took the new spark plug from the other trike and it did not start ,any ideas  thanks svo58

you have spark.. put gas in the cylinder, and it still did'nt fire up ? Hmmm...
TDC on the proper stroke? ( you would have to check the valves, to make sure you are at TDC on the ingnition stroke !! )
Air filter clean ? Choke stuck ( check with your finder thru the filter opening.. make sure the flap is open. and not stuck closed.

I'm not sure what you mean by that.
Anyways, do a compression check. I'm thinking you either don't have a good-enough spark or very low compression. To make sure the motor is physically in time, put on TDC with the cam lobes facing down, and the cam gear mark should line up with a notch on the head. To electrically time it, put the flywheel on the "F" mark and move the CDI generator plate until both lines match up on both the plate and the CDI rotor.
If you have compression, fuel, air, good spark, and its in time, it will at least hit or sputter.
