It's best to have a friend help out. Just pump up the brakes and make sure you hold the brakes down while some else turns the alimite (spelling) kinda looks like a grease zerk.Close off alimite before letting go of brake pedal/ brake lever, if you let go before the alimite is closed of you will pull air back into the lines so make sure this dosent happen, and repeat. Do this untill you see nothing but break fluid coming out. Sometimes you will see nothing but brake fluid and still have trapped air so do this a few times so you know for sure. Just make sure you have some extra fluid on you because you will need it. Hope this helps, if you need any more info just let me know.

One thing to make sure is that you have a length of tube attached to the bleed valve. Have the open end in a jar of brake fluid so you don't take up any air through the tube. Pump the handle about 5 times, holding it in on the 5th time. Open the valve 1/4 turn. Release the pressure then tighten back down. Repeat until you don't see any air bubbles. Keep the fluid level high because if you run it dry and it sucks air, you have to start all over.

If you have nice paint, Brake fluid will eat the paint right off so be carefull.
