I have a 1985 ATC250R with a DG pipe on it. I want get rid of that for something better. So far I'm leaning toward the ESR ATC-5. What do you guys think of this pipe? Can I use the DG silencer or would I be better off just buying the whole thing? My top end sucks with the DG on it. And if anyone has a picture of an ATC-5 pipe on an R I'd love to see it. I hear it's pretty fat. A nice fat Chrome pipe shoul look pretty nice compared to the small black one on there now.

I'm running a ESR 310cc big bore kit with no complaints. I'm not using their pipe, but ESR has been in the biz a long time and their stuff is top notch so I'm sure the pipe much better than the DG. The DG silencer would probably bolt right up to the ESR, but I'd opt for the complete package if you've got the $.

Just ordered 2 of them! Acutally the ATC-5 for me and the TRX-5 for my buddy. Since I bought 2 at once I talked them down $40 too!

Its a great pipe. Eddie Sanders is the man to go to for 250R's.
