Ok yesterday we put new piston rings in the 200s and now the timeing is off how do we correct it we didnt even think we moved the chain one of us was holding it the whole time

are you sure you have the pulse generator in correct and not 180 degrees off ???

so did you get it yet peeweesp ?
i just had a go around with mine on a 200es ,,, had to adujust it after replacing the oil seal in the pulse generator base.

no i didnt get it yet havent worked on it it gets spark and stuff it just wont start so we figure its the timing any ideas on how to fix it

yeah ,,, i might be able to help.
on that link in my above reply ,,, see the screws ( #15 ) that hold the pulse generator base in place ,,, loosen them and rotate that goldish coloured plate clock wise just a wee bit. try starting it and see if you get fire and all that ,, you might hafta keep adjusting it till you get it purring it like a kitten.
if you don't get it ,,, p.m. me your address + i'll run a copy of my manual pertinent to timing your trike ( monday ).

this fella has a good deal on manuals ,,,, not to mention i like looking at his helpers .
best investment you will ever make for your trike ( a good looking helper never hurts either - lol )

try turning the rotor 180 degrees. last year i got a 110 for $50 and the only thing i had to do was turn it 180 degreess and it fired on the first pull for the first time in 2 years. about $800 later and month of hard work i had a nice trike.

timing is a bit** dont frig with it if trailprotrailpro not positive that its off

well first we will try what everyone else is saying then if that dosnt work we will try the timing we held the chain the whole time so if its off its probobly off by one or 2 teeth at the most maybe i dont really know
