Removing valves 200x

Umm what do I need to remove the valves? . I have a 200s head I am gonna clean up and probably do some self polishing, one of the valves are bent and yeha I just want to get them out of the head... I dont have a valve spring compressor.. any ideas?

lol I have a hammer and vice grips?.. any good!?

I use a really big C clamp and a big hex nut with 2 sides cut out. I put the clamp on the valve and the other end over the valve stem then put the nut in between the clamp and the valve stem. The by tightening the clamp the valve holders come loose and you can pull them out with needle nose pliers through the side of the nut you cut out. Putting the holders back in is a little trickier but can be done. I will try to photoshop a picture for you tonight if you want.
