Old Trike registration?

I was wondering if any of y'all could help me out. I got these two old
ATC
250R's that are registered in my name (Los Angeles county) but I
haven't
paid the current registration and I don't wanna pay it being that there
always in Mexico (well most of the time). I never use the Trikes around
anywhere that requires spark arrestor, current tags, blah, blah. So is
there
any way around the " Release of Liability" (paying the tags)? Any help
is
very appreciated!

Just sell em and have the new owner take care of that......jsut include a bill of sale and all papers. (shrug ;) )
