Hey Guys,

I have another update on my 250es resto. Its comign along nicely now, the only thing holding me back is my electroplating. Im getting awesome at that too. Here are a few pics of some progress on the parts. The pics speak for themselves but im really happy how it has all turned out so far. I still have alot to do but im motivated to get it going. Man its gonan be nice when its done. I might be afraid to mud the thing. Actually ill just clean it well once im done :D That motor is empty, has no parts in it, but i took a pic to show you what it will look like if i ever get it back together.

Thanks for looking,

Matt

I will be sending you parts to plate for me.. Damn good job there Matthew.

You'll get over being scared to dirt it up once you ride it through the first bit of slop lol.

That does look great though, very nice job and the plating is amazing.

Thanks for the comments. Yes SmokinP the engine was sandblasted by me. If you have a sandblasted and then paint the paitn sticks alot better than to a smoother surface. Plus it is a million times easier than sanding it.

Heres a pic of my refurbished and overhauled diff. I have plated the bolts and painted the diff and axel housing. It has new bearings and seals also...
