I did a complete overhaul on my 85's bottom end, everything new. Not running lights so can I just remove the lighting coil on the stator plate? Will it affect nething?

why? i would just leave it and not risk damaging the rest of the stator

Yes, you can take it out. Why? it won't affect anything, you may lose 2 onces, but that would be the only reason to take it out. if you do, i may be interested if the price is right.

lol if there is no point then i will be leaving it in. On another note I am lookin for a partnumber from the Kawasaki 650 seadoo that you can use the piston from to get a bigbore of 300cc. When I find it I will let all you guys know. 300cc's!!!
