Hey all.
I just got back form 5 days at our farm. Seen as my 250es still isnt done i spent alot of the week riding around the farmer's son's 1973 atc70, that i just fixed up for him. When i first went up there i was shocked at what i saw (i had not been there in a few months) the 70 was badly run down, low oil, seat torn to hel land back, guards busted and the footpegs ripped off the bottom! Anyway, i put that little beast through some serious stuff, mudding, pavement, dirt, hills etc etc. Even though im way big for that lil ole bike it kept on chuggin and chuggin. I took it in the mud and it did ok apart from the multiple holes in the exaust which blew water up into your face. :D
I couldent for the life of me fix the holes. I tired everything from coke cans to muffler bandage, nothing would stay on, time for a new muffler i think ;)
Just thought id let you know that the 73' atc70 is a beast!!!
Anyone got any of their own atc70 raves???
Matt
