what kinda forks are these? is this how it is suppose to be or is this homemade?

there stock, kawi had some strange ideas, i'd like to know how good the front suspension actually worked on those.

Yes sir those are 100% stock sir. Kaw had some strange ideas and then they came up with the tecate....nuff said lol.

its the springer front end they put on choppers, sort of.

Kawasaki didnt make it up Greeves motorcycles made them back in the day

Yeah, I saw a 250 Kaw with a set of those a couple months ago. Definately stock, but strange looking. LOL :p

and look how strange the frame is built. It only goes half wy down the engine?????

It must be a 2-piece frame design where the motor is the centre part that holds the frame together, like on an old 8/9n ford tractor.

there should be a down tube for it that unbolts to get the motor out at least mines that way.

Man kawasaki must've built the ugliest trikes around back in the day...probally why theres still more honda's around i guess peopkle were stuck on honda just like nowadays..

What you are looking at is in fact the exhaust. It just looks like a frame tube.
That front suspension system is cheaper to produce, and is still used on some side hack racers.

Actually if you look at the one picture, you can see the sub frame that goes down in front of the motor ( in the picture below ). I know this isn't the exhaust pipe because the exhaust pipe is brown / rusty colored. ;)

i thought harly made springers not twin shock front ends.
