i want these on my 110

my stock light was absolutely trashed so i want to put on some aftermarket lights.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7926789934&category=33709 .i was just wondering if these will work without and modifactions. if not, if i get this http://rickystator.com/pages/Honda%20ATC110,%20ATC185,%20ATC200X_lighting_coil. html will i be able to run them. if that wont work will i have to use a 12 volt battery.

Get that stator and put some BAJA lights on it like mywifeknowseverything on his Z.

What year 110? the older ones were 6 volt. The newer 12 volt one were set up for a single 55 watt headlight. The lights you are looking at would overload the stator. The ricky stator one would drive the low beams, but the 110 watts for the high beams might burn it out too.

its a 1981...if i couldnt run it off the stator, would it work just to put a 12 volt battery in the back and hook it all up

the stators for the older 110s and 90's are they same are they not? if so you should be abel to get a stator and fly wheel off an onld CT90 that has a chargin circut+6v battty inline :)
