INTERNET JETTING ,,,impossible there are to many fariables,,, best thing is pull the stock jet out to see what size it is,,, i would go several sizes bigger and start doing plug checks to see how it is going,,,, :D :D :D

it will have to be jetted if you change the pipe,,,,,,,, there is no adjusting the pilot jet you have to change it just like the main jet,, ,,, don't get in such a hurry ,,, go get jets and do it right,, running to lean wil do damage,,

I think he ment the air screw and that will only help your idle-bottom end. That will NOT help mid to top and that's how you can burn a cylinder quick.

When changing a pipe on anything, do a test run/ plug check before buying any main jets or monkeying with carb settings. It will immediately tell you if you need to rejet and in which direction to go.

got a question then...i had a 105 main in my atc200...it was gettinw way too much fuel...so i went down to a 98 becuse thats all i had..it fixd the problem..but i check my plug and its just a little light brown around the electrode and thats with 8 or so hours of rideing ....i think im too lean and might need to go to a 100 main...any suggestions>=?

Just put the pipe on and run it. If it cuts out at full throttle its too lean. Don't mess with the pilot and idle screw. Just take out the main jet. If its a 109 say for example, then up it to a 111 or 113. Then ride it again. If it still cuts out then up it a little more. Just up your main jet till it runs good but only go a little at a time so you don't go too big and start flooding it.

Yeah most all jets are standard and dealers carry them. I forgot the brand but their gold and the brand is Kein or Klein or something like that.
